Cancellations
We understand that life can get busy and strongly believe that your time is valuable, as is ours. Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business, and whilst we try to be as flexible to your needs as possible, out of consideration for our therapists we kindly ask that you respect the scheduling policies that apply, as per the following:
Cancellation Policy – (including short notice re-schedule’s and no shows)
Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, it would be appreciated if you could notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations or re-schedule’s with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the full booking cost. Clients who miss their appointment without giving any prior notification (no show) may be charged in full for the scheduled service. Resonate Massage & Wellbeing is a small Owner Operated business, when you miss an appointment, not only do we lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Short notice could prevent us from being able to contact and accommodate wait-listed clients. We understand that unexpected things happen sometimes, and the more notice you provide, the more likely we will be able to fill your missed appointment.
Please note: Repeat offenders who cancel at short notice, or simply don’t show up to their appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the full booking cost and may also be required to pay in advance for future bookings.
Please speak directly to the Owner if you have incurred a fee and feel it is unjust for any reason.
Late Arrival Policy –
All treatment sessions have a specific time scheduled. If you arrive late, we may still be able to accommodate a full appointment, where our schedule will allow. However, this will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. If we have another appointment following, we may not be able to offer an extension of your appointment and may only be able to see you for the time remaining. In this case, we retain the right to charge the full treatment fee.
No Show Policy –
At Resonate Massage & Wellbeing we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as car problems, work commitments or children’s illnesses are just a few reasons why you might need to cancel a massage appointment. We ask that you call, where possible, if you are unable to keep your appointment. Clients who miss their appointment without giving any prior notification may be charged in full for the booked service.
